“Before I came to AIR Sports Network
I was pretty aimless, wasn't doing anything and was drinking too much because I was bored and had nothing else to do. I had tried a few other courses and some work but nothing really worked out and I dropped out quite quickly. I was unmotivated and depressed, didn't have much money but was smoking too much and had an unhealthy lifestyle. When you get to that stage its easy to become lazy and negative and you just don't see any way out of it.
My life has changed a lot since I started AIR Sports, I’ve joined in the football, gym and boxercise sessions and I've developed a good relationship with the staff. I found the texts and mentoring calls really useful, it’s great to have someone on the end of the line when I need it.
Since I started I’ve lost weight, stopped drinking, reduced my smoking from £150 a week to £60 a week and have a new feeling of focus, motivation and positivity.
I’m well on my way to stopping smoking and towards my long term goal of finding work, the difference in my health and fitness is just amazing.
I’d recommend AIR to anyone, you never know whats available until you try it. The sessions are great and the staff are very friendly, supportive and can really help you. You’ve nothing to lose by going along.”
